We have recently developed an innovative approach to training delivery.  Working with a client organisation, we are successfully running middle manager programmes that meet the client's business requirements, but doesn't follow the traditional "structured programme" route.
 
This has resulted in a free flowing programme where learners themselves largely dictate the content and pace of the sessions.  Over the duration of the programme, certain subject areas have to be covered, but this approach means that learners can concentrate on aspects that are particularly useful to them.
 
The "systemic learning" approach allows learners to appreciate the links between subject areas rather than considering them in insolation.  Our trainers facilitate the group to ensure inclusiveness and to challenge thinking.
