ALD designs, develops and delivers long term training programmes which meet your objectives. We have developed a capacity to deliver multiple programmes over long periods, and our services include:

COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT

Our Production Department produce flexible materials to a mapped design schedule, tailored to your specific requirements. We ensure those materials arrive on time, at a training venue of your choice.

Our Qualifications Team oversees the enrolment and registration of candidates, and tracks their progress. We coordinate all work submitted for marking and assessment, and ensure the standards of the relevant awarding bodies are met at all times.

 

A DEDICATED CLIENT MANAGER

 A dedicated Client Manager is appointed to each of the training programmes we deliver. This provides a single point of contact for your key personnel.
 

The Client Manager has overall responsibility for the quality of your programme, building up a bank of knowledge in order to understand, and respond swiftly and positively to, your needs.

 

FULL LOGISTICAL SUPPORT

Our Logistics Department plan and coordinate all of our training programmes, booking trainers, arranging venues and maintaining a database of events.

We maintain and monitor registers of attendance and collate feedback from your programme, liaising with you to provide the information you need.

 

COURSES AT A VENUE OF YOUR CHOICE

ALD retain a pool of professional trainers, and use specialist trainers when appropriate. A combination of trainers allows us to facilitate larger groups. We have the capacity to deliver on multiple different topics, and provide exactly the programme you need.
