Praxair Surface Technologies Praxair Surface Technologies is an International engineering company operating across three sites in the UK. With many of its Team Leaders and Managers promoted from within, Praxair recognised the need to add Leadership and Management skills to their technical ability. We identified the programme content which would be most relevant to the needs of the client and the Advanced Certificate in Leadership (BTEC Level 3) is delivered in short modules across a nine month period. During this time, the delegates also completed a work-based project. The results have been self-evident - Managers are confident in dealing with staff, they are well organised and real business improvements have been delivered in a tough business environment. |
